enerhym GmbH is taking an important strategic step: the company will soon become part of Devoteam, a leading premium partner for digital transformation. The acquisition agreement was signed with the affinis Group and marks the next milestone in enerhym's growth strategy.

As part of the integration, enerhym will also take over a business unit from affinis solutions GmbH. This move allows the company to further expand its portfolio in the energy sector and Microsoft technologies. The strengthened capabilities enable enerhym to support energy providers and service companies even more comprehensively in their digital transformation and actively contribute to advancing the energy transition.
