enerhym GmbH joins the affinis Group

By joining forces with its long-standing cooperation partner, affinis AG, headquartered in Bremen, enerhym GmbH will be able to support its customers even better in their digitalization projects in the future, as it now has significantly greater leverage to realize its market potential in association with the growing affinis group of companies.

enerhym GmbH complements the affinis Group as an independent subsidiary. As a result of the merger, the management of enerhym GmbH, consisting of the company founders and managing directors Marius Ratzmer and Jörn Steffens, will be strengthened by Jörg Calefice from affinis AG to jointly realize further growth and manage the operational business. Together with enerhym GmbH, the affinis Group now has a team of 70 energy industry experts operating as a new cross-company unit in the "Energy" business unit.

With its third company integration within 24 months, the affinis Group is pursuing the goal of sharpening its strategic service portfolio in a targeted manner and now tapping into additional market potential in the energy industry segment. For affinis AG, it also means entering the international market, as enerhym GmbH is represented in two up-and-coming IT markets with one subsidiary each in Hungary and Portugal.
